Stone Haven Business Park, previously known as Gateway Pointe, is located in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The project was acquired in November 2004 and it originally consisted of 100,000 square feet of office and industrial buildings, plus four acres of land. This project expanded to include approximately 50,000 square feet of for-sale office condominiums that were developed on the land parcel from 2006 to 2008. These condominiums were sold, along with the two existing office buildings, as Stone Haven Executive Park from 2008 through 2013. Separately, the multi-tenant flex/industrial park, re-branded as Stone Haven Business Park, was sold in December 2012. CIP Real Estate Property Services retained management.
