Empire Towers I, II, III and IV consist of four Class A office buildings within the Empire Towers Complex totaling 400,852 square feet, located in Ontario, California. This portfolio was acquired, in phases, in July 2005 (Empire Towers I, II and III, from an existing CIP venture) and in March 2007 (Empire Towers IV). The portfolio was sold in February 2017.
