Charlotte Portfolio of Three consists of forty one multi-tenant industrial/flex buildings totaling 597,725 square feet, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The portfolio was acquired in March 2008. The portfolio was sold in two transactions: Coffey Creek International Business Center sold in November 2018; and Lake Norman and Hickory Grove properties sold in December 2018. CIP Real Estate Property Services retained management of the Coffey Creek asset.
