Centerpointe 1236 consists of four Class B office buildings within the Centerpointe Office Complex totaling 105,577 square feet, located in Irvine, California. This project was acquired, in phases, in July 2002 (Building 6) and December 2003 (Buildings 1, 2 and 3). Centerpointe 1236 was sold in January 2017. Building 6 has been serving as CIP Real Estate’s corporate headquarters for the last 16 years.
