Ania B. Pfeil is Senior Vice President, Acquisitions and Dispositions, of CIP Real Estate.
Ms. Pfeil is responsible for all aspects of property due diligence, underwriting and the closing process for both acquisitions and dispositions of CIP Real Estate. Ms. Pfeil is the point of contact from the moment the purchase and sale agreement is signed until the escrow closing date.
Ms. Pfeil performs several other duties, which include legal entity filings in various states and municipalities, business licenses, lender correspondence and disbursement requests, investor correspondence, and marketing functions.
Prior to joining CIP in August 2008, Ms. Pfeil worked at RLA Real Estate, a commercial real estate owner. Mrs. Pfeil started her career in commercial real estate at RLA Advisors, a commercial real estate due diligence and consulting firm, where she performed property due diligence. Prior to RLA Advisors, Mrs. Pfeil worked as a Project Coordinator for Roel Construction Company, a large general contractor.
Ms. Pfeil holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Foreign Trade from the University of Economics in Wroclaw, Poland. She was a President of Students’ Organization “Cargo” at her University, and attended Model United Nations conferences in Berlin and Vienna as a student representative of Poland.
Mrs. Pfeil is a graduate of the NAIOP Young Professionals’ Group, So Cal Chapter. Mrs. Pfeil is a Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association.
