Mr. Strom was previously the founder and President of Mortgage BancFund Corporation, the general partner of The Mortgage BancFund of America, L.P. and The Mortgage BancFund of American II, L.P., both public, SEC-registered, limited partnerships, which funded development and construction loan portfolios totaling in excess of $900 million.
Previously, Mr. Strom served as Executive Vice President of Centennial Beneficial Mortgage Company and earlier as Vice President and manager of the Orange County office of Lloyds Bank California (now Bank of the West).
Mr. Strom earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and holds California real estate broker’s license.
