Bradford Y. Strom

Brad is responsible for loan administration for the firm’s real estate portfolio and for obtaining debt for new acquisitions and refinance needs within the portfolio. He also directly manages property and acquisition financial analysis in addition to participating in all levels of purchase due diligence activities.

Previously, Mr. Strom was an underwriter with JP Morgan Real Estate, coordinating the extensive underwriting of both CMBS loans and institutional loan pools. Mr. Strom started his career as a technical writer with Universal Computer Systems in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Strom graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University in Houston with a double major in Managerial Studies and Psychology.
