Katie McKenna

Katie McKenna oversees the company’s entire 4 million square foot portfolio of real estate assets across the United States. She directs the asset and property management operations in the company’s full service offices in Irvine and Ontario, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Charlotte, North Carolina.

Ms. McKenna began her real estate career with Insignia/ESG, in an office dedicated to management of The Irvine Company’s industrial/flex portfolio in the Irvine Spectrum. Later, Ms. McKenna joined CB Richard Ellis to manage a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail assets for various institutional and private owners.

Ms. McKenna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
