Scott Flemer is responsible for the marketing and leasing of all the company’s 4 million square feet of portfolio assets as well as assisting with the underwriting and execution of acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Flemer directs the company’s in-house brokerage for certain industrial assets and oversees and manages the company’s extensive third party leasing contracts for larger industrial, distribution, flex and office assets. With 20 plus years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Flemer brings to CIP Real Estate an extensive background in acquisitions, development, leasing, marketing, and asset management for institutional and private investors.
Prior to joining CIP Real Estate, Mr. Flemer served as director of acquisitions, sales and leasing for Centra Realty Corporation in Irvine. Mr. Flemer has also served as Vice President of brokerage and asset services with the PRES Companies, director of leasing and managing director of strategic accounts for CB Richard Ellis, and senior manager for The Koll Company.
Mr. Flemer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a Real Estate emphasis from San Diego State University and is a member of NAIOP, BOMA, SOIR, and IREM.
