Prior to joining CIP Real Estate, Mr. Rogers was a partner at Buchanan Street Partners, an investment bank with offices across the United States. While at Buchanan, Mr. Rogers procured over $1 billion of debt and equity capital for owners and developers of commercial real estate. In his capacity at Buchanan, he represented CIP Real Estate in the national and international investment capital and debt markets in the acquisition and expansion of the company’s real estate portfolio.
Mr. Rogers is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Economics. He is a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, and a member of NAIOP.
