CIP Real Estate's founding principals, Charles McKenna, Eric Smyth and Robert Strom, combined their backgrounds in development, investment, finance, law, management and marketing to create a business that was built on service and driven by results. The companys' core business plan remains acquiring and creating value in real estate assets and co-investing with institutional joint venture Partners.
Guided by its founders, the Company's educated and experienced team of professionals provides insitutional level asset management, financial analysis, modeling, due diligence, accounting and financial reporting, as well as a full spectrum of traditional real estate services in property management, leasing and marketing and construction management. In order to implement this strategy, CIP Real Estate has a full service head-quarters office in Irvine, California, and full service management offices in Ontario, California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
CIP Real Estate has completed more than $1 billion in real estate transactions and manages a sustained portfolio of nearly 5 million square feet in Southern California, Nevada and North Carolina.
